Cash home buyer reviews, with the receipts
Most "cash buyer review" pages are written by companies reviewing themselves, or by affiliate sites paid per referral. These pages do something narrower and more useful. We publish only what can be independently verified, we cite where each fact came from and the date we pulled it, and we say plainly what we could not confirm.
Why we do not give star ratings
I buy houses for a living and I run this directory, which competes with single-buyer funnels. Handing out scores to companies I compete with would be worth exactly nothing to you. So there are no scores here. There are verifiable facts, the company's own claims marked as claims, and the questions that expose the difference. No company on these pages paid to be here or can pay to change what they say.
