What we collect

When you ask for an offer, we collect what you type into the form: the property address and details, your situation and timeline, your asking price if you give one, and your name, phone number, and email.

We also record your IP address, your browser type, the page you first landed on, and the site or link that sent you here. The site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how people use it.

How we use it

We use your information to review your property, connect you with a local cash buyer, and follow up with you about your offer. We use the traffic information to understand which pages help sellers and to improve the site.

Who we share it with

Your contact and property details go to the local cash buyer we match you with, so they can contact you and make an offer. That buyer may be a company our editor, Drew Heberer, owns or an investor we work with.

We also use a few service providers to run the site: Vercel hosts it, Supabase stores form submissions, Resend delivers our notification emails, and Google Analytics measures traffic. They handle your information only to provide those services.

We do not sell your information to marketers, data brokers, or list sellers. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How we get paid

You never pay us anything. Local cash buyers can pay a flat fee to be listed once they pass our vetting. When a sale closes with a buyer we connected you with, we may be paid part of that buyer's fee on the deal.

Calls and texts

When you submit the form, you agree that we and the buyer we match you with may call or text you about selling your property. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or tell whoever calls that you want no more calls. You can also email us and we will pass the request along to the buyer.

Your choices

Email frontporchoffers@gmail.com to see what we have on file, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We keep lead records only as long as we need them to follow up and to meet legal and tax obligations.

You can block Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on or your browser's cookie settings. The site works without it.

Security and children

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website can promise perfect security. This site is meant for adults selling property and is not directed at anyone under 18.
